Our Cashew
Certified organic. Regeneratively grown. From the heart of Colombia's Orinoco basin.
The Nut
Not all cashews are the same.
W180 is the largest commercial calibre of cashew kernel — whole, unbroken, prized for its dense, buttery flavor. The Orinoco basin's mineral-rich soils and long dry season produce a cashew with a distinct, creamy profile that retailers and chefs recognize on the first bite.
Every kernel is grown without agrochemicals, hand-sorted, and processed in our own certified facility — never blended with kernels from other origins.

Why Colombia?
A native crop, finally at home.
The cashew tree is native to South America. The Orinoco basin's well-drained soils, steady rainfall and long dry harvest window are nearly ideal — what was missing was processing capacity at origin.
Our processing plant, 50 km from Puerto Carreño, runs at 100 tonnes/year of finished organic kernels and is built to scale.
Beyond the kernel
The cashew tree gives more than a nut.
Cashew butter
Bulk and retail formats. Single-origin, organic.
Cashew flower honey
Harvested from 130,000 trees in flower.
Cashew juice
From the cashew apple — bright, tropical, vitamin-C rich.
